    What is "Tuesday’s Tip"?

    I spend a lot of time reading and researching, and I'd like to share with you some of what I have learned in a blog post. For my "Tuesday Tip" column, I’ll share with readers helpful tips I have picked up on in the digital space that can make your online experience a little bit better (and in some cases, more fun). I’ll share customer service tips, popular social trends and sometimes my personal interests (maybe my truffle cookie recipe if you’re lucky).

    This "Tuesday’s Tip": Try the Customer Support tab on Facebook for answers to your questions.

    The Residential Customer Support tab on Facebook provides many ways to get answers without needing to pick up the phone. Take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) to find the correct settings for your Windstream email account or what is included in your Tech Help service. The FAQ’s include the top 10 most common topics customers contact Windstream about for assistance.

    If you don't see your question listed, the Support tab also provides helpful links to more interactive support. Click “Need Help? Ask Wendy” for assistance from Wendy, Windstream's Virtual Agent. Wendy can also be found in the Support section on Windstream.com, where you can also gain information in real time about starting new service, Wi-Fi set up, tax related charge which appears on your bill, and much more!

    If you prefer to live chat with Windstream regarding your questions, it’s only a click away from Facebook, too! Click the live chat box on the bottom of the Support tab, then choose the topic you need assistance with (recent order, billing,tech support or phone repair). Of course, you are always welcome to call us as well. For your convenience, our toll free numbers are listed under the 'Call Us' section near the bottom of the page.
