LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Windstream Corporation’s (NYSE: WIN) board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company’s common stock.   

The 25-cent dividend is payable April 15, 2009, to stockholders of record as of
March 31, 2009.
