There is no additional charge for this service. Plus, you now have the option to stop receiving a paper bill from Windstream.


Existing Online Billing Customers
Log in to your Windstream online billing account and choose Auto Pay from the left navigation bar. Follow the sign-up instructions.

New Online Billing Customers
Sign up for online billing and follow the instructions for existing online billing customers listed above.

Note: New customers will get a PIN on the first page of the first Windstream bill. Existing customers must call customer service at 866-445-3402 to get their PIN.
