Auto Pay electronically transfers funds from your checking or credit card account to pay your Windstream bill on the date it is due. No more writing checks, buying stamps, or forgetting your payment. There is no additional charge for this service. Plus, you now have the option to stop receiving a paper bill from Windstream.
Existing Online Billing Customers
Log in to your
Windstream online billing account and choose Auto Pay from the left navigation bar. Follow the sign-up instructions.
New Online Billing Customers
Sign up for online billing and follow the instructions for existing online billing customers listed above.
Note: New customers will get a PIN on the first page of the first Windstream bill. Existing customers must call customer service at 866-445-3402 to get their PIN.
