Windstream Voice Mail services are accompanied by our Voice Mail Link package. This package includes the necessary features for directing or forwarding callers to your voice mail (Call Forward on Busy and Call Forward on No Answer). Voice Mail Link also includes Message Notification (Rapid Dial Tone) to alert you when new messages have been left in your mailbox.*** Voice Mail Link is a portion of the total Voice Mail subscription rate quoted to you and will appear as a separate charge on your Windstream bill.
