**For new and existing Windstream Broadband customers, Secure Gateway professional installation cost is $49.99 and includes installation of the customer's Broadband modem, the NIC card (if necessary), the Secure Gateway and up to 4 peripheral units (desktop PCs, laptops or printers). There is an additional $29.99 charge for each additional network peripheral, if available on the equipment you select.
Requirements to receive the rebate include maintaining Broadband service for a minimum of 30 days, submitting the rebate form within 45 days of service activation and being charged the Gateway equipment charge.
