Centrex is central office-based telephone service, which provides your business with a key system or PBX-type environment without an onsite telephone system. This offering works best for companies with multiple locations served in the same central office.

We offer a line that connects the PBX (Private Branch Exchange) to a local telephone company's central office switching center or other switching system center.

Terminates into your company's onsite key system equipment, providing dial tone service for key system telephone sets.

If you have a large business, this service is perfect for you. Our ISDN BRI service offers 2 channels used for voice and data transfer, plus D channel for signaling – all technology is well-suited for work in-office applications, desktop video conferencing and faster data communications.

This service features the capability to deliver the calling party's telephone number – ideal for call centers, room-sized video conferencing or backing up dedicated private lines. ISDN PRI offers digital service delivered over a 4-wire T-1 circuit. It interfaces directly to your telephone system via a DTI/PRI card and offers 23 B (barer) channels plus 1 D (delta) channel. The B channel carries your calls in and out of your system, while the D channel is used for data signaling.

DID Trunk enables callers to dial a party directly in a phone system or Centrex environment. A trunk from the central office passes the last 2 to 4 digits of the number to the phone system.

DCS Services offers Digital Trunks provided via a T1 facility w/24 channels (DID, 2way, or combination of both). This service features the ability to transmit voice or data services over channels.

International Dialing Instructions

With our One Plus plan, you will be set up to receive inbound toll-free calls from the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. These calls are billed in six-second increments with an 18-second minimum. You will also be able to choose from a variety of call features for added functionality.

With our International Calling Services, your business has the potential to go global. Choose from four plans to reach further.

International Toll-Free Service (ITFS) is as convenient as dialing a U.S. 800-number. Your international partners will be able to dial-into an U.S. conference with toll-free access. We simply provide access numbers for each country to forward to your international dialers. After dialing in, the participants will be greeted and then join your call.

ITFS can be combined with a wide range of features available with Operator-Assisted conferencing. It's easy and convenient for everyone involved — participants won't have to bother with calling cards, hotel surcharges or expensive long-distance charges. And they will receive the same full-featured Operator-Assisted audio service as your U.S. participants.

International Dial-Out connects participants across the globe by a U.S. Operator who calls and connects them. Just provide us with the name and telephone number of each international participant and designate the time of the call.

Dial-Out is offered on Operator-Assisted or reservationless audio conferencing platforms. Choose our branding option and an operator will state your company name when joining parties together. Dial-Out guarantees high-quality line connection. In addition, international parties never have to pay long-distance charges or worry about calling into a meeting.

International Dial-In allows everyone to connect to your conference from the same fixed U.S. telephone number every time you hold a call. After you request your first international conference, you will receive the number to distribute.

This feature is perfect for employees and business partners who travel the world. The number always remains the same making it easier to conduct business.

International Links is perfect for any business with partners in Europe or Asia Pacific. At least 24 hours prior to the conference, contact Windstream for access numbers for your participants. International Links then connects you to the Operator-Assisted audio platform — there is only one call center no matter which part of the world a participant is located. Participants simply dial in at the designated date and time.

In addition, Q&A sessions, polling and other enhanced features are available anytime, anywhere.

Windstream's Reservationless-Plus service allows you to dial the Reservationless-Plus dial-in number and enter the personal conference code. The leader then enters the Leader PIN and then follows system prompts to begin the call.
