Call Forwarding Preferred	Forward incoming calls from a pre-selected telephone number to another telephone number. You can construct or modify a telephone number screening list.	*63 to activate

That's why we offer a discounted telephone service plan to make basic phone service even more affordable for qualified customers.

Windstream participates in the Lifeline and Link-Up programs that provide qualified, low-income telephone customers with a discount off installation charges and monthly telephone service charges.
