E-mail Updates
Your existing e-mail account (e.g. johndoe@youraddress.net) will continue to work as it does today with no changes to your e-mail client. Please log in with your full address at webmail.windstream.net.

Payment Information
Your next bill will come from Windstream and have a slightly different look. Changes include:
- Remittance address
- Billing account number
- Billing date
If you are enrolled in auto-pay bank draft, there will be no interruption of payment, and no action is required of you.
If you use electronic bill payment services through your financial institution, please update your account number and remittmance addrss so your payment will be processed without delay.
Online Billing
If you currently participate in Online Billing, you will be able to enroll in Windstream's Online Billing on January 10, 2011. You will need the following information to register:
- Windstream account number
- 9-digit PIN that appears on your first Windstream bill
