    Our Focus on People

    We work differently than other companies. At Windstream, we don’t just focus on our products and services; we also focus on our employees and their career opportunities. We help you learn by example from some of the most innovative people in the business and encourage employees to take training courses.

    Discover Opportunities

    To look for a position, enter a keyword within your area(s) of interest or expertise. If you are interested in a particular job or position, try more than one search to locate all results. When you find a job that interests you, follow the steps to submit your application.

    First time applicants

    1. Create a profile first to apply for jobs*
    2. When you are ready to begin the application process, click "Search and Apply" to search for jobs. Disable any pop-up blockers and apply for positions that interest you.
    3. You should see the job title and description displayed.
    4. Click the "Click Here" link for first-time applicants (if you are an Employee Referral, click the link just above it). Your screen will display "Instructions for Building Your Profile With Windstream. 'New visitors should just click' Go."
    5. Enter the required information in the "Authorization and Release" area.
    6. Click "Go" at the bottom of the page and continue the application process by honestly and completely answering all questions as you fill in your profile.
    7. Cut and paste your résumé into the appropriate field. Please review your profile after you submit to make sure your resume appears as you wish it to be viewed.
    8. Remember to note your user name and password for future use.

    Applicants with an Existing Profile

    To get started, access your account now.

    Enter your login and password in the "Update Profile" section.

    Press the "Login" button at the bottom of the screen. (If you cannot remember your login and password, click on "Forgot Your Login/Password" and follow the steps).

    From the "Candidate Main Menu," you can edit your profile and seek out jobs for which you qualify.

    Once you find a job, click "Apply," and you're done. It's that easy.
    Note: If a position requires you to complete an assessment or questionnaire, you MUST do so before you can be considered for that job.

    We will evaluate your resume and contact you through out the recruitment process. You can check the status of the process going back to the page where you applied. Please keep your information up-to-date so we can reach you.
