How do I customize my channel lineup?

You can use the Customize Channels Settings screen to determine which channels appear in the program guide. To hide or show channels in the program guide:

    1. Press MENU on your set-top box remote control.
    2. Use the RIGHT ARROW button to select Settings on the horizontal menu bar.
    3. Select CHANNEL OPTIONS. From CHANNEL OPTIONS you can modify the following:
      1. PARENTAL CONTROLS (to add or modify parental locking controls)
      2. Create a FAVORITE CHANNELS LIST (set up a favorites list so the guide only reflects those channels). NOTE: Up to 5 different FAVORITE CHANNELS LISTS can be created.
      3. HIDE CHANNELS (remove channels from the Guide and while channel changing)
      4. SUBSCRIBED Channels (show all channels or only channels you subscribe to)
      5. RECENT PANEL (turn on or off the recent panel feature to view a list of recently viewed channels when pressing the LAST button on your remote)
      6. Under HIDE CHANNELS, channels that are currently displayed in the program guide have a check mark in the check box. Channels that are not currently displayed in the program guide have a blank check box. The PIP at the bottom of the screen shows the program currently playing on each channel.
    4. Using the ARROW buttons, you can do the following:
      1. Hide a channel that is currently displayed in the program guide. Select the checked check box for the channel, and then press the OK button.
      2. Make a hidden channel reappear in the program guide. Select a blank check box for the channel, and then press the OK button.
      3. Make all channels appear in the program guide. Select CHECK ALL, and then press the OK button.
      4. Show only the blank boxes (hidden channels) in the list. Select VIEW UNCHECKED and then press the OK button. The list shows only channels with blank check boxes, and the Show Unchecked option becomes Show All.
      5. Restore the entire list. Select SHOW ALL, and then press the OK button.
      6. Save your settings and make them effective in the program guide. Select Save, and then press the OK.
