    I am not receiving any High-Definition programming.

    1. Determine if HD is being received on any other TVs.
    2. If HD is received by other TV's, please ensure you are using the cable type that supports HD programming on the TV not receiving HD. Note: HD is supported only via HDMI or Component (red/green/blue) cable.
    3. If HD is being watched on other TVs, or you are concurrently recording programs in HD, change one of the TVs (or recording) to the equivalent SD channel.
