When the program ends, you will lose your ACP credit. Kinetic is committed to keeping our community connected. Kinetic will continue to provide a monthly Kinetic Benefit Credit of up to $30 for many or up to $75 in tribal areas, subject to certain service terms. You can call 833-241-0104 or chat with us here.
Yes, starting June 1st Kinetic will provide you with a credit every month in the same amount as your current ACP benefit.
If you have received any communication from Kinetic to opt-in and have not, you will need to act no later than May 28th. To Opt-in, please call 833-241-0104 or login to your Go Kinetic account to complete the process online.
You’ll continue to receive the Kinetic Benefit Credit as long as you continue to receive services pursuant to our Terms and Conditions and meet the following conditions:
•The Kinetic Benefit Credit is void if you move, make any changes to your services, disconnect any of your services, if any services are disconnected by us, or if any portion of your account balance becomes past due.
•You may be required to complete annual recertification to ensure that you still qualify for the benefit. Failure to complete the recertification request or to meet the original ACP requirements will void the Kinetic Benefit Credit.
ACP will end on May 28th 2024. We will continue to update any changes throughout this transition. Starting June 1st, we will provide our monthly Kinetic Benefit Credit to affected customers.
When ACP ends at the end of May 2024, your service will not be impacted. We’re still committed to keeping our community connected. Kinetic will continue to provide a monthly Kinetic Benefit Credit of up to $30 for many or up to $75 in tribal areas, subject to certain service terms. An opt-in action may be required to take advantage of the Kinetic Benefit Credit. Please make sure to follow all actions outlined in any Kinetic opt-in communications.
