A New Store In Town

“We’re excited to open this new retail store in Beatrice,” said Brad Hedrick, president of operations for Windstream in Nebraska. “With so many retailers in our industry closing their doors, we’re committed to providing our customers with exceptional in-person support and services for all of their high-speed Internet needs.”
We invited the Beatrice Chamber of Commerce for a big ribbon-cutting ceremony and even gave away four Nebraska Husker football tickets, an Adidas Scott Frost replica football jersey and a cooler filled with tons of tailgate items. The best part? We had the opportunity to present the St. John Lutheran Church Community Food Pantry & Emergency Services with a check for $1,000.

The St. John Lutheran Church works closely with Health & Human Services, Blue Valley Community Action, the Salvation Army, the Crisis Center of Hope and many more community organizations based in Beatrice. Operating on about 65 volunteers, the church’s community food pantry and emergency services help aid residents all over Gage County.

The grand opening event was a fun filled event, complete with balloons, face painting, funnel cakes, popcorn and a huge announcement detailing high-speed upgrades coming to the Beatrice area in 2019. With more than 145 people in attendance, the event was a great success, and we would like to thank everyone who came out and joined in on the fun!
The new store will be open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. You can also contact the store at (402) 228-7566. Want to find out more about Kinetic by Windstream? Visit our website for more information.
