Introducing MyWIN, Our Online Customer Portal

1. Your account on your terms
Log in to your Kinetic by Windstream account using any device of your choice. At home? Hop on to your computer. Out and about? Log in from your smartphone or tablet. It’s also worth noting that we have redesigned our mobile app, which you can download for free in Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
Once you’ve logged on, you can manage your account settings and notifications, including setting up your username, password, name and email address. You can also view your current Windstream services, and run an Internet speed test.
2. Online bill pay
Why go paperless? It’s convenient and accessible, giving you the ability to check your statements at a moment’s notice from anywhere.
To sign up for online bill pay, sign in to MyWIN and find “Go Paperless” on the homepage. You’ll receive confirmation when you have successfully signed up.
If you simply want to pay your bill, find the “Pay Now” button in the upper righthand corner of the homepage.
Take it a step further by enrolling in auto pay, an automatic electronic transfer of funds from a saved, preferred bank account or from a credit card. To do so, click “Auto Pay” on your MyWIN homepage. Next, you’ll be prompted to select your preferences, then click on the “Add” button, and voila! You’ll take out the stress of paying on time, writing a check or having stamps on hand at all times.
3. Enroll for text alerts
Use your MyWIN login to customize your account notifications by opting in for email or text messages. These will allow you to get bill and payment information, appointment reminders, support requests and even technician tracking. You can also receive notifications about outages and order status.
4. Enhanced customer service
At Kinetic by Windstream, we strive to give you the high quality customer service that you deserve. We’ve even worked it into MyWIN. We’ve brought our live chat feature to the account management site, so you can get answers specific to your account instantly! You can also view open (and closed) support requests and check on their status. And, if you’ve enabled text message notifications, you can track when a technician is on the way.
