During the past few weeks, the COVID-19 crisis has demonstrated that a strong communications network is vital to our country. We are monitoring our network closely and we are happy to inform you that it is performing very well. We have seen a 30% increase in data traffic and a 50% increase in voice traffic, but we have experienced no network slowdowns.

In technical terms, we migrated Windstream to scalable, robust equipment and IP/Ethernet services. What that means to you: the network works when you need it to most. Also, our investments have enabled a significant amount of additional speed in our network.
