Windstream World Chicken Festival

Col. Harland Sanders, founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken, is one of the most highly recognized figures in the world. Laurel County, Kentucky — located in the heart of the beautiful Daniel Boone National Forest — is proud to be the home of the Colonel’s original restaurant established in the 1940’s. The Annual World Chicken Festival is a tribute to this heritage and the Colonel’s delicious contribution to tastebuds across America.

We tasted fried chicken from the world’s largest stainless steel skillet, enjoyed fun rides, watched the grand parade and learned so much more about the communities we serve in London.

Kinetic Canned Food Drive for the Holidays

As we kick off the holiday season, we want to show our Kinetic communities how much we care. From Nov. 1 to Dec. 7, we are accepting non-perishable food items at our retail locations across the U.S. to be donated to local charities, including United Way, Salvation Army, God’s Pantry Food Bank and more.
