Windstream Promotes Josh Gill to Local Manager

Gill has more than 18 years of experience in the telecom industry. He started with Windstream in 2001 as a customer service technician and most recently held the position of technical trainer for operations with Windstream in Georgia. He and his wife Kourtni have three children.
