Jefferson, Ga. — Kinetic by Windstream, a long-trusted community partner for entertainment and internet services, announced a network upgrade to meet the connection needs of Jefferson.
Today at noon the Kinetic by Windstream team held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Jefferson Civic Center to celebrate the launch. State Representative Tommy Benton, Senator Frank Ginn, Mayor-Elect Jon Howell and Mayor pro tem Clint Roberts joined Kinetic President of Operations J Berkshire for the honors.
Gig-speed service has been highly anticipated by residents of Jefferson. “Fast, reliable fast internet is critical to stay connected to what’s important,” said Berkshire. “In a year with more families working remotely, attending school virtually and depending on video calls to keep connected with loved ones, we are pleased to make sure residents of Jefferson have what they need delivered to their door.”
Gig speed allows customers to stream favorite TV shows on Kinetic TV or YouTube TV instantly. Customers can use multiple devices at the same time without a lag in speed or losing connection. The upgrades mean Kinetic meets the demand for seamless voice, video, gaming and ultra-high definition TV service.
