Windstream promotes Lee Bales to manager of Local Operations
MONROE, Ga. – Windstream, a leading provider of advanced network communications, today announced that it has promoted Lee Bales to manager of local operations for Winder and Monroe.

Bales has more than 19 years of experience in the telecom industry. He started with Alltel in June 2000 and most recently held the position of business systems technician with Windstream. He and his wife Amy have two children, Trey and Anniston.
