Online Credit: Must be a new Internet customer who has not received Windstream Internet service within the past 30 days. According to their location, customers subscribing to select Internet plans may qualify for a one-time credit of $100 or $150 to be applied to the customer’s first month bill. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. One-time credit is limited to online (Windstream.com) purchases only. Additional restrictions may apply

1 Month Free:  Must be a new Internet customer who has not received Windstream Internet service within the past 30 days. Must subscribe to select plans to qualify. No term contract required.For the first month after installation, qualifying new Kinetic Internet customers will receive one month credit to offset charges for Kinetic Internet, modem rental, and unlimited phone. Additional fees for speed upgrades and bundle additions will apply. After 1 month, standard rates apply.

3 Months Free:  Must be a new Internet customer who has not received Windstream Internet service within the past 30 days. Must subscribe to select plans to qualify. After 12 months, the standard Kinetic Internet rate applies. Taxes, fees and surcharges are extra and not included in introductory or standard rate. Additional restrictions may apply.

12-month contract required.  For the first 3 months after installation, a monthly credit will be issued to offset charges for new residential Kinetic Internet customers, modem rental, and unlimited phone.  If service is disconnected before the end of the 12 months, a fee of $25 per month for each month remaining in the term will apply.  Additional fees for bundle additions and calls as described below will apply.  Rate may increase after initial term.

Windstream assumes no responsibility or liability for interruption of services or service performance differences actual and advertised performance.  In select areas, includes Internet transport, Internet access, and unlimited incoming calls.  Outbound calls, except for toll free and 911, will be charged at 10 cents/minute.  Operator Service and 411 will be charged at tariffed rates. No features or long-distance carrier rates allowed.

Kinetic Internet Speed: Monthly fees may apply.  Windstream will provision customer’s location for the fastest speed available, 20 Mbps to 100 Mbps at the time of order but cannot guarantee speed or uninterrupted, error-free service.

Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Windstream-provided modems will be capable of in-home wireless networking, but devices supported by in-home wireless networking connections may experience speeds not equal to advertised speeds or the speed referenced in your Internet plan. With wireless networking, actual throughput speed may be impacted by several factors including interference from other equipment or devices at the location, distance from the modem, modem location, types of devices connected, physical obstructions, and time of day.  To obtain advertised speed, connecting a device directly to the modem to provide a wired connection is recommended.  Modem equipment must be returned upon termination, and if not, Windstream reserves the right to charge for the modem or a $100 fee.

Installation: Plans with speeds 50 Mbps and higher may qualify for free professional installation. Plans with speeds less than 50 Mbps will incur a fee for professional installation.

Money-Back Guarantee: If customer cancels new Internet service within 30 days after start of service, all service charges and any modem equipment and install charges, if applicable, related to Internet services only, will be refunded.  Modem equipment must be returned upon termination and if not, Windstream reserves the right to charge for the modem or a $100 fee.

Unlimited Phone: Must be bundled with select Internet plans. Includes residential voice calls, certain calling features and unlimited residential long distance within the U.S. and select territories. Calls inconsistent with these terms may void Unlimited Phone and Windstream may charge 10 cents per minute, per call.

Kinetic TV

This service is offered on a month to month basis and is available to residential customers that subscribe to 10MB or higher Kinetic Internet service. Kinetic TV includes a base package of popular national network stations and regional sports stations, additional programming is available for an additional cost. This service further includes five (5) profiles; three (3) streams of content (additional streams available for an additional monthly fee); 50 hours of cloud/network DVR service (additional hours available for an additional fee); video on demand; in-home and out-of-home viewing; and look-back and start-over functions are available for select channels, these services are subject to change at any time. Customers may purchase a streaming device from Windstream or may bring their own device. Customers must download the Kinetic TV streaming application from the device’s app store, additional third-party terms and conditions for the app may apply. All prices, packages, and programming are subject to availability based on location and Windstream’s agreements with content providers and credit approval. Channel Availability - Channels available to Customer as part of any select packages of programming are subject to change, and customer is not guaranteed any particular channel or number of channels. Some programming may not be available in certain areas because of legal, regulatory, or contractual prohibitions, including restrictions of the Federal Communications Commission and sports blackouts. Money-Back Guarantee: If customer cancels new Kinetic TV service within 30 days after start of service, all service charges and any equipment and install charges, if applicable, related to Kinetic TV services only, will be refunded. Equipment: Windstream provided modems will be capable of in-home wireless networking, but devices supported by in-home wireless networking connections may experience speeds not equal to advertised speeds or the speed referenced in your high-speed Internet plan. With wireless networking, actual throughput speed may be impacted by several factors including interference from other equipment or devices at the location, distance from the modem, modem location, types of devices connected, physical obstructions, and time of day. To obtain maximum speed, connecting a device directly to the modem to provide a wired connection is recommended. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination, and if not, Windstream reserves the right to charge for the modem or a $100 fee.

Installation: Premium Plans may qualify for free installation.

Money-Back Guarantee: If a new Windstream customer cancels new Internet service within 30 days after the start of such service, all service charges and any modem equipment and install charges, if applicable, related to such Internet services only, will be refunded. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination and, if not, Windstream reserves the right to charge for the modem or a $100 fee.

No Additional Fees: Certain fees and surcharges may be included in the advertised price but Customer will still be responsible for all applicable city, county, state and/or federal applicable taxes and surcharges, late payment fees, Internet Collection fees and Broadband Reconnection fees, if applicable, which are in addition to the advertised price, and if Customer adds services, Customer may incur additional fees and surcharges.

Kinetic TV: Subscription to Kinetic service in certain territories may preclude customers from purchasing high-speed Internet services from any third party. Service includes digital channels (including local channels), one receiver and up to four standard direct video streams to residence. Local channel availability varies by market. Of the four video streams per customer residence, customer’s location will determine both HD availability and the maximum number of HD video streams (between one and four) a customer can view and record in HD at any one time (remaining streams will be standard definition) regardless of the number of receivers in the household. Additional charges will apply for additional programming packages, movie channel subscriptions, Pay Per View movies and events, On Demand purchases, and premium services/subscriptions for all plans. Pricing, programs and features subject to change.

HD Channels Included: HD programming is included in the package price at no additional charge. Offer is limited to channels associated with subscribed programming package.

Kinetic “On the Go”: Must subscribe to select plans to qualify. To view a channel via Kinetic “On the Go” Customer must be subscribed to that particular channel.

Whole Home DVR: The whole home DVR receiver is provided at no additional charge. This receiver is required, but the service does not have to be activated. Installation: Professional installation is required.

HSI: Windstream cannot guarantee speeds or uninterrupted, error-free service. Internet speed claims represent maximum network service capability speeds. Actual customer speeds may vary based on factors including simultaneous use of multiple devices, use of other Windstream services, including Kinetic, customer device capabilities, Internet and Network congestion, website traffic, content provider server capacity, customer location, network conditions, and bandwidth we devote to carriage or protocol and network information.

Equipment: Windstream provided receivers are required to view TV. A receiver is required for every TV that needs access. Monthly equipment fees may apply. Gateway and receiver equipment must be returned upon termination and if not, Windstream reserves the right to charge for the equipment.
