12-Month Gig Speed Upgrade Offer:

Extended Copper Drop $750 Installation Fee:

To provide broadband service at certain addresses, additional construction is required to extend and bury the copper line to the home (referred to as an extended buried copper drop). Customers will be notified at the point of sale if applicable to their address. Due to the construction distance required, it is our policy to obtain a non-refundable extended installation fee of $750 to assist with the costs associated with the extended construction. This fee must be paid in full prior to any work taking place.

A member of our team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to take the $750 payment. If you decide within this time frame you would no longer like to move forward, you may cancel the order at that time at no charge. If the $750 payment is made, this advanced payment will appear as a credit on your first month’s bill.

After the $750 payment is made, installation will be scheduled. You may cancel your installation 3 business days prior to the construction date communicated to you at the time of payment. If you cancel your services within the defined timeframe, or we cannot install your services for some reason, then we may refund the advanced payment. Once work has begun, Windstream will not refund any advanced payments made.
