Current customers can call 1-866-445-8084 to ensure that service is deactivated at your existing address, and ready to go at your new address.
If you are moving to a new location and keeping Kinetic service you will want to bring your modem, the power cords, and the ethernet cord with you. The technician installing your service will help you install it at the new location. If you are moving to an area we do not service, upon disconnection we will send you a return kit to ship your modem back to us.
Generally we can move services within a few days of your request. We do suggest that when you know where and when you are going to need the service moved, call us within 30 days of your move. We will then be able to process your move order request and give you the soonest date that we can install the service at your new location or schedule it to be installed on a date you prefer.
There is no charge to move your service.
