Yes, if you do not take the necessary steps to stop your Internet service from being used for copyright infringement, your Windstream Internet service will be disconnected in appropriate circumstances, and you are responsible for any applicable termination fees if you are under a term agreement.(Any other Windstream services will not be disconnected but any services requiring an Internet connection, will not function.)
