If you receive a fraudulent Phishing e-mail appearing to be from Windstream requesting account information, please report it to our Security Department within 24 hours from when it was received. If you are checking your Windstream e-mail account(s) using our Webmail Portal, simply open the fraudulent e-mail or put a checkmark in the box next to it and click on the “Spam” button. If you are checking your Windstream e-mail account(s) with an e-mail program, such as Microsoft Windows Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird, please forward the e-mail "As an Attachment" to [email protected]. Both reporting methods will provide our Security Department with valuable information to stop the Phishing attack.
