How do I create and send an email message?

 


Follow the steps below to create and send an email message:

  1. Click on the Mail tab at the top if not already on it.
  2. Click on the New Message button directly under the Mail tab.
  3. Put the intended recipients email addresses in the To field. You can also click addresses or address book display names.
  4. Fill in the Subject field.
  5. Fill in the message body as desired, attach pictures or files if needed.
  6. Click Send to send the message.

TIP: If you want to change fonts, include colors, or text styles (bold, italics, underline) in your message, use the toolbar.

TIP: If sending to multiple recipients, separate their email addresses with a comma.
