Yes, if you do not take the necessary steps to stop your Internet service from being used for copyright infringement, your Kinetic Internet service will be disconnected in appropriate circumstances, and you are responsible for any applicable termination fees if you are under a term agreement.(Any other Kinetic services will not be disconnected but any services requiring an Internet connection, will not function.)
