Non-Pay Reconnect Policy

Once an account has been disconnected for non-payment, the total amount due on the account must be paid in order to reconnect service. In addition, payment of a reconnect fee is required at the same time. The amount due and the reconnect fee must be paid in full before service is reconnected. In most cases, reconnection is done within three to five working days. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
