Can customers pay a reconnection fee online and be reconnected?

No, if customers are disconnected for non-payment they will need to make a payment through customer care, IVR or a business office to be reconnected. Payments made via our online billing system will post to the account in 24 to 48 hours. As a result, if the customer has been disconnected or if the bill is being paid beyond the notice due date there may be a 48-hour delay in restoring service or the possibility of service being disconnected. Alternatively, payments processed by calling our Financial Services Team at 1-800-537-7755, or through the automated phone system will be noted on accounts immediately.
