What payment options are available to pay my bill?

Windstream offers several convenient ways to pay your monthly Kinetic bill. Your payment is due by the date provided on your bill. Late payment may result in an additional charge that will be reflected on your next bill.

As you consider your options below, please note: 1) A surcharge of $1.46 will be assessed on all payments made by credit card.  This surcharge amount is not greater than the applicable merchant discount rate for credit card transactions at Windstream. 2) A Paper Bill charge applies to Kinetic Internet customers who choose to receive a paper bill. To avoid this charge, you may elect to receive an electronic (paperless) invoice at no cost.

  • Go Kinetic app or online portal

Go paperless and receive and pay your bills online. Click here to sign up or make a payment. You can also set up Auto Pay.

  • Auto draft

Have your payment automatically drafted from your checking account. Click here to sign up.

  • Mail

Mail in your monthly payment, which must be received by your due date.

You can pay by phone by calling Windstream Customer Service at (800) 347-1991. Payment can be completed through our automated phone system at no additional charge. A processing fee may apply if a representative processes the payment for you.
