How do I attach a file to an email message?

Follow the steps below to attach a file to your email message.

  1. When in a message, click the Attach button.
  2. Browse to the file you want to attach and click Open.

The total size limit for attachments is 25 MB per message. This can be with one 25 MB attachment or multiple attachments that have a combined total of 25 MB.
