How do I change my Kinetic email username or password?

To change your email username or password:

• Login to GoKinetic

• Click on View and Manage Email

• Select Forgot Your Password or Need to Reset It? Or Email Identity Dashboard

• Follow the prompts on the screen to create a new password

OR

Go directly to windstream.net click Email on the top right of the menu bar and follow the prompts on the screen to reset your password.
