How do I create and send an email message?
Follow the steps below to create and send an email message:
- Click on the Mail tab at the top if not already on it.
- Click on the New Message button directly under the Mail tab.
- Put the intended recipients email addresses in the To field. You can also click addresses or address book display names.
- Fill in the Subject field.
- Fill in the message body as desired, attach pictures or files if needed.
- Click Send to send the message.
TIP: If you want to change fonts, include colors, or text styles (bold, italics, underline) in your message, use the toolbar.
TIP: If sending to multiple recipients, separate their email addresses with a comma.
