On a Windows computer, please follow the steps listed below:
- To activate your service, you will need to download the Windstream Service Agent. Click here (https://dl01.radialpoint.net/build/windstream/spa/126.96.36.19982/windstream_spd.exe) to learn more and download.
- After completing the Windstream Service Agent installation, follow the on-screen instructions to activate your Online Backup subscription.
- You may need to reboot your computer to complete the Online Backup and Security Suite installation.Whenever you need Tech Help assistance, within Service Agent, double click on the green square under the small Windstream “W” located in your system tray (bottom right corner near clock) or contact Tech Help at 1-877-353-5678.
On a MAC computer, please follow the steps listed below:
- Please refer to your Welcome Email to begin your Online Backup account activation. If you’d like the Welcome Email to be resent, please contact Tech Help at 1-877-353-5678. After completing the activation process, you will be redirected to the online Personal Media Manager.
