Local Channels not working on Streaming Service
If your local channels aren’t working on your streaming service, please try these steps:
Ensure your device is connected to your Kinetic provided wi-fi network
Unplug the power from your Kinetic gateway for at least 1 minute, then plug it back in
Try the steps outlined by your streaming provider
If you already have a Static IP Address and are not receiving your local channels, please call our support number:
Residential: 800 347 1991 and follow the prompts for Internet issue/repair.
Business: 833 241 0100 and follow the prompts for internet issue/repair.
