    How does it work?

    To participate in the WINsight Panel, you have to subscribe through one of the links posted on windstream.com or in the Thank You Rewards program.

    Once you are on our landing page, click on the “Join Now” survey link to fill out our 5-minute survey, which includes household and demographic questions. After we have verified your submission form, we will send a welcome letter to confirm your membership to the WINsight Panel.

    Who is eligible to join?

    Any current residential customer.

    How long does it take to join the Panel?

    After you complete the WINsight Membership Survey, you’ll receive a membership confirmation within 2-3 weeks. Once a member, you’ll receive surveys from Windstream via email approximately once per month.

    How do I earn rewards?

    We will do a drawing after each survey. To be entered in the drawing, you must complete the survey sent to your preferred email address. After you have completed the survey, you will automatically be added to a selection pool for the drawing. The winner will receive a $200 Visa gift card.

    What are the rules for the drawings?

    By clicking submit and completing each WINsight survey, you will automatically be entered into the WINsight Panel incentive drawing. Drawings are held the second Monday following the close of each survey. Anyone who completes the WINsight survey and is an active customer who is not suspended for late payment at the time of the drawing, is eligible to receive the reward if selected. Chances of receiving a reward are based on the number of respondents completing the survey. Winners will be notified by Windstream via email. Unless otherwise noted, one winner is selected at the time of each drawing, incentive is in the form of a $200 Visa Gift Card which will be mailed directly to the winner’s home within 14 business days.

    Winners will be selected randomly by Qualtrics Survey Software, and no employee or family member of an employee of Windstream is eligible to receive a reward.

    Windstream reserves the right to change drawing incentive policies at any time without notice.

    How will I know when a survey is available for me to complete?

    We will send a message to your preferred email address with a link to the new survey whenever one is available. Additionally, we will send a reminder prior to the close of the survey. Each survey is open for a week before the link expires.

    What will the survey be like?

    In each survey, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on topics ranging from overall customer experience, your services and how they are used, future products, etc.

    Most surveys take about 10 minutes to complete.

    How do I unsubscribe from the Panel?

    Each survey invite has an “unsubscribe” link. Once you click on the link, you will automatically be removed from the Panel.

    Can more than one member of a Household be on the WINsight Panel?

    No, only one person per household is allowed to join the WINsight Panel.

    How are participants chosen for research projects?

    Most surveys are made available to all Panel members, however, from time to time there may be a survey that is specific to certain Panel members e.g. customers residing within a specific city or customer who purchase a specific product from Windstream.

    Who will see my information - how confidential is Windstream?

    Windstream does not share your Panelist information or survey results with third parties. All responses are collected and processed by Windstream’s Customer Insight team.

    What if I get disconnected from the Internet before I finish my survey?

    In the event that you are disconnected or are unable to complete a survey in one sitting, your place in the survey flow will be saved automatically. Simply return to your original survey invitation in your email and click the survey link. The survey will automatically pick up where you left off.     What happens if I don’t complete the survey? Will I be removed from the Panel?

    No, you are under no obligation to complete the surveys. As long as you complete at least one survey per year and are an active Windstream residential customer, you will remain in the WINsight Panel. If you chose to no longer be a Panel member, simply click the “unsubscribe” link which can be found in any of our WINsight emails to be removed from the Panel.
